BUILD & SCALE/06 SHAPES

    How clients buy.

Most projects begin with a paid systems audit or a scoped proposal. For approved projects, Trenith accepts secure card and ACH payments through Stripe.

    WHAT WE BUILD

    Engineering, end to end.

The categories below are the work we take on. The shapes further down are the entry points that work most commonly buys.

    1. 01

      SaaS Platforms & MVPs

Typed APIs, multi-tenant data, auth, billing, admin. Production from day one.

    2. 02

      AI Implementation

LLM workflows, RAG, evals, provider routing, cost controls — production-grade, not pilot-grade.

    3. 03

      AI Agents & Autonomous Workflows

Agentic systems with audit trails, human handoff paths, and hard cost ceilings.

    4. 04

      Cloud Infrastructure

Vercel, AWS, Docker, observability, CI under 6 min, on-call runbooks.

    5. 05

      Workflow Orchestration & Automation

GoHighLevel, Make.com, n8n, Twilio. Intake, routing, SMS/email at scale.

    6. 06

      Websites + Conversion Systems

Sites, landing pages, analytics, forms, CRM handoff, SEO foundations.

    7. 07

      Internal Tools / Admin Systems

Admin panels, audit logs, role-scoped actions, operational dashboards.

    8. 08

      Mobile Applications

React Native cross-platform builds with admin and AI workflow integration.

    9. 09

      Data & Integrations

Stripe, third-party APIs, internal data pipelines, idempotent webhooks, reconciliation.

    10. 10

      Discovery & Architecture Advisory

Paid systems audits, architecture reviews, and milestone roadmaps before a line of code is written.

    11. 11

      Security & Auth Systems

Auth, RBAC, audit logs, secure-by-design data flows for production-grade applications.

    12. 12

      Engineering Retainer

Monthly senior engineering for teams running production software that needs steady upkeep.

    HOW BUYING WORKS

    Audit, proposal, or both.

    1. 01

Most engagements start with a Paid Systems Audit ($1,500, one week) or a scoped proposal. The audit defines architecture, risks, and a build plan. The proposal locks scope, timeline, and price.

    2. 02

On approval, deposits and milestones are invoiced through Stripe. Card and ACH accepted.

    3. 03

Builds are delivered against a milestone plan. Every deliverable is reviewed and approved by the senior team before client handoff.

    4. 04

After launch, an optional Monthly Engineering Retainer covers maintenance, bug fixes, and small improvements.

    FAQ

    What buyers actually ask.

Cross-cutting questions. Package-specific FAQs sit on each detail page above.

    01
How does the paid audit work?
$1,500. One week. You get a one-page architecture, a milestone plan, and a named list of risks. Yours to keep regardless of whether you build with us next.
    02
    Who actually writes the code?
The senior engineers in your Slack channel. We don't subcontract, we don't route through project managers, and we don't hand off to juniors. The people who scoped it are the people who ship it.
    03
What if we want to change scope mid-build?
Change-requests get re-scoped and re-quoted before any code lands. If a change pushes the engagement past the original fee, you see the new number before you say yes.
    04
Can we sign an NDA before scoping?
Yes. Mutual NDA is the default — we'll counter-sign yours at the start of the scoping call.
    05
After handoff, what if something breaks?
Thirty days of Slack support is included. We fix what we shipped, free, in that window. Past 30 days you can pick up a Monthly Engineering Retainer — but we don't pitch it. The handoff includes a runbook so your team can operate without us.
