Senior hands on retainer.
Monthly · no minimum term
Your software is live. Something breaks. Something new needs to ship. You don't want to re-scope a full engagement every time you need an experienced engineer. The Engineering Retainer is monthly capacity for maintenance, small improvements, performance work, and the occasional architecture conversation — staffed by the team who shipped your build or audited it on kickoff.

FAQ
Honest answers to the questions that show up most.
- What's the minimum term?
- Month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
- Will I get the same engineers each month?
- Yes. The retainer is staffed by the senior team who shipped your build — or audited it on kickoff if you're new to us. No rotating juniors.
- Can we start a retainer if you didn't build the software?
- Yes, but the first month includes a code audit so we can pick up the keys safely. We'll tell you upfront if we can't honestly support what's there.
- What if our queue is light one month?
- We resize the next month's commitment down. The retainer isn't a tax on slow months.
