    Why does Custom Build always start with discovery?
    Without discovery, no honest fixed price exists. The Paid Systems Audit defines architecture, modules, risks, and a milestone plan so the build that follows is real, not a guess.
    Can we skip discovery if scope is clear?
    Sometimes. If you arrive with a written spec and your own architecture, we may scope directly to a proposal. The default is discovery first.
    How long does Custom Build take?
    Scoped after discovery. Most multi-module builds run 8–24 weeks across 3–5 milestones.
    Do you handle compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI)?
    We can contract a compliance phase as part of the build. We don't claim compliance certification we haven't shipped.
