A full rebuild for a South Florida custom home builder: a fast, modern website plus a lead database, an AI voice-call system, and automation workflows, delivered in two weeks.
What was broken
SVL Homes builds custom homes across South Florida, but its old website was working against it: slow, unreliable page loads with CDN and caching problems, security and content issues, and no way to capture or track a lead. Every inquiry lived in an inbox, nothing was automated, and the site did not reflect the quality of the work. The owner came in with a clear vision and a broken foundation.
What we built
Trenith rebuilt the whole thing, front and back, in two weeks. The public site was re-engineered as a fast, modern build with optimized imagery, a portfolio gallery, featured residences, testimonials, and clear inquiry paths. Behind it, on AWS and Google Cloud, Trenith stood up the operating layer the old site never had: a lead database that captures and tracks every inquiry, an AI voice-call agent built on Google Voice and ElevenLabs that answers and qualifies inbound calls, and n8n automation that connects capture to follow-up with email through Resend. Design, build, automation, and every revision were delivered inside the two-week window.
